maimai April Fools Competition

Event Description

T1_Killergaming is hosting a special competition for April Fools, where YOU can play the WORST CHARTS TO EVER EXIST on maimai, and (maybe) win some prizes! Grab your best scores on these charts, post them in the April Fools submission forum, and win!

The best score of a player's best 4 charts (in a bracket) wins that bracket! May the best player win.

Qualifiers are CLOSED!!!

The following finals will take place:

@.coconutbread vs @c.h.s_mika for the Expert Bracket 1v1
@klyore vs @chps. for the Master Bracket 1v1

These 1v1s will be the best of 4 charts (up to 404%), with each chart being picked from a pool.

• Both participants ban a chart and pick a chart, the two chosen charts will be the first 2 tracks.

• The audience votes on what the third chart should be (or a wheel is spun) (ignores bans)

• Track 4 is a hidden challenge chart specifically for the bracket

This is done on the day of the event!

Dates

> Qualifier start date: 1st of April
> Qualifier due date: 23rd of April
> Finals date: TBA

Brackets

> Easy bracket (below 14250 rating)
> Hard bracket (below 14500 rating)
> Expert bracket (open to all, recommended for 14750-15500 rating)
> Master bracket (open to all, recommended for 15750-16600 rating)

Prizes

> Master bracket winner: $50 + custom role or badge
> Expert bracket winner: $25 + custom role or badge
> Hard bracket winner: Custom role or badge
> Easy bracket winner: Custom role or badge

Guidelines

> If you get a better score in a certain chart and you've already posted that chart, please post your higher score in the SAME forum post as your older chart - we will check the LATEST post in there!
> In the rare case that two players get the same Achievement rate, the winner will be calculated on who has the higher DX score. If both players have the same DX score, the player who submitted the score first will win.
> You may participate in any bracket, however for easy and hard brackets if you are over the rating limit your score will be unranked and you will not receive prizes.
> If you gain rating during the event and go over a bracket's limit, you are still allowed to participate in that bracket given that you have proof you had lower rating than the requirement. (past m>top commands counts as proof!)
> If you cannot make it to the finals, the third place in the qualifiers will take your spot

> No Cab Mashing
> No Queue Skipping
> NO STEALING OTHER’S BELONGINGS
> No form of any type of harassment
> Show your sportsmanship
